The Court Square building is in downtown Baltimore at 200 E Lexington St, Baltimore, MD 21202. It is located within the Business and Government National Register District and is adjacent to the Courthouse. The Court Square Building is improved with a charming 17-story, Class “B” multi-tenant office containing 102,568 square feet (SF) of net rentable area on a 0.165 acre site. This historic building was completed in 1929. The tenants are mostly small law firms and professional service firms due to its location directly across from the Baltimore City Courthouse buildings within the Central Business District.
